Entrance: Barrier-free access via the left ramp of the New Castle, stair lift to the entrance hall, lift to the ticket office, barrier-free PDFs with directions available on the website

In the building: Cloakrooms (on the mezzanine floor next to the ticket office), main exhibition on the mezzanine and special exhibitions on the 1st floor with elevator, barrier-free toilet (all genders) on the mezzanine

In exhibitions: Wheelchair access (passages at least 1 m wide), seating, portable folding chairs as mobile walking and sitting aids, reading magnifiers, headphones with induction loops available for loan for audio guides and audio stations, information staff at the reception desk in the foyer for all questions and concerns
