Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you an email with a link to confirm your registration. Once you confirm the registration link, you will receive the subscribed newsletters from us on the respective publication dates.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Either use the unsubscribe link at the end of the newsletter or send us your informal cancellation to the email address datenschutz@medianet.at We will then stop delivery.

Storage period/deletion period
We will retain your data until we receive a request for deletion. This excludes data arising from a contractual relationship; this data will be retained until the end of the seventh year after its creation, in accordance with legal requirements (Section 132(1) of the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO), Sections 190 and 212 of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), and Section 18(2) of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).

The data subject has the right:
- to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed and, where appropriate, to request information about those personal data (right of access);
