Description

The Alpinarium Galtür, an exhibition and documentation center on life in the high alpine region, is a unique experience museum. As a central component of a 345-meter-long and 19-meter-high avalanche protection wall, it also impresses with its architecture, unique in Europe. A memorial room is dedicated to the 1999 avalanche.
