Swarovski Crystal Worlds is a unique destination in Tyrol, transporting visitors to a world of wonder with art installations, breathtaking cabinets of wonder, and an enchanting park with a sparkling carousel. This magical place showcases Swarovski's history, expertise, and innovation.
Eight disabled parking spaces are available for visitors in front of Swarovski Crystal Worlds. These are located in the PKW P parking lot, directly next to the foyer. The Swarovski Crystal Worlds Shuttle Bus from Innsbruck to Wattens and back has a wheelchair lift and a reserved space for wheelchair users.
The exhibition rooms inside Swarovski Crystal Worlds as well as the garden with its approximately three-kilometer-long network of paths are barrier-free and easily accessible by wheelchair, stroller, or walker (the only exception is the "Alpine Garden" due to its steep gradient).
An audio guide is available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Dutch, Korean, and Chinese. In addition, QR codes on many of the artworks provide access to further information in the visitor guidance system.
Target group-specific tours and workshops are available upon request at reservations.kristallwelten@swarovski.com.
