Focus tours at the hdgö on the perspectives of people with disabilities since 1918

The rights of people with disabilities are repeatedly and violently restricted – in the past and present. These new focused tours put the fight for self-determination, visibility, and inclusion front and center.

The new focus leadership „Self-determined?! Perspectives of people with disabilities in Austria since 1918“, will now be offered regularly and can also be booked for groups.

Based on objects in the exhibition "New Times: Austria since 1918", the history and activism of people with disabilities in Austria over the last 100 years are told: How did they fight for their rights and against barriers? What setbacks or successes did they experience?

Duration of the tour: approx. 60–90 minutes

Limited number of participants. Registration is via the website.

Guided tour fee: €4.50 / reduced €3.50 per person plus admission.

(Exception: On Thursday evenings, admission is free from 6 pm to 8 pm)
