Description
The Archaeology Museum displays more than 1,200 objects that, as "traces of life," form the starting point for questions that have concerned people for thousands of years. Highlights of the permanent exhibition are world-class objects from the Hallstatt period, such as the cult wagon from Strettweg or the Kleinklein mask, but also the most valuable Roman-era find from Styria, the silver cup from Grünau.
Barrier-free accessibility
Entrance: Barrier-free access, wheelchair-accessible gravel path from the parking ticket office to the Archaeological Museum, approx. 400 m. Disabled parking spaces directly in front of the park entrance.
Inside the building: Entrance area, cash desk, toilet, cloakroom and lift are wheelchair accessible.
