Description

On the night of May 8-9, 1945, Soviet General Dmitri Dritschkin and US General Stanley Reinhart met in Erlauf and celebrated the armistice, which came into effect at 12:01 a.m. The "Erlauf Remembers" museum has been created as a vibrant place of remembrance. Temporary exhibitions and installations also offer artistic explorations of the topic.
