Description

The museum shows Jenbach's history on 700m² of exhibition space, including the scythe industry, three railways with three different track gauges, model railways, mining and metallurgy, South Tyroleans in Jenbach, butterflies, birds and bird eggs, snails and mussels, mushrooms as well as alpine and winter sports.

Barrier-free accessibility

Entrance: From the car park, a paved path leads to the museum entrance with wheelchair accessible entrance

Inside the building: Lift, entrances and passageways with thresholds, disabled toilet in the car park

In exhibitions: Floor is accessible throughout, seating available in every room. Display cabinets cannot be accessed from underneath.

As audio texts: Audio guide in German, English and Italian
