Description

The architectural landmark of Graz delights its guests with contemporary art and an unforgettable view of the old town. In its "Spaces", the Kunsthaus Graz offers exhibitions with international contemporary art that address current topics and global trends. The luminous BIX façade communicates towards the Mur and the city center, and the "Needle" of the building is a popular viewing platform.

Barrier-free accessibility

Entrance: Three barrier-free entrances with buttons. Tactile model of the Kunsthaus Graz in front of the entrance. Disabled parking space.

Inside the building: All areas are barrier-free. Tactile guidance system to the building and in the foyer. Lift with announcements and Braille labels. Inductive hearing system at the information desk, cash desk and in the Space04 event room.

In exhibitions: Sufficient seating. Clearly visible display cases, wheelchair-accessible tables, turning options. Colour scheme and lettering in clearly visible contrasts.
