Description

The first archaeological museum in Upper Styria houses some of the oldest objects from the history of the Murtal region. Weapons, jewelry and artistic ceramics are on display. The famous cult chariot also comes from one of the Strettweg "princely graves". Visitors can expect a journey back in time to the Murtal of the early Iron Age almost 3,000 years ago and exciting experiences related to archaeology.
