Description

The Rablhaus Museum is the only museum in the entire Alpine region dedicated exclusively to the topic of everyday religion, anchored between faith and superstition. It examines supernatural ideas and practices as everyday aids to life in the mirror of time from the past to the present. Whether it was a polecat penis yesterday or a mascot today - irrational protective and auxiliary means have always been part of people's lives.

Barrier-free accessibility

Entrance: short walk to the museum

Inside the building: no

In exhibitions: listed building, therefore limited accessibility, seating areas available in every room, on the move with mobile exhibition elements since 2021 to offer more accessibility (Mobile Museum Rablhaus)
