Description

The Innsbruck City Museum offers a variety of approaches to Innsbruck's city history in its special exhibitions. The multifaceted life in a city at different times is authentically conveyed using the holdings of the city archives. The close connection between museum and archive is one of this institution's strengths.

Barrier-free accessibility

Entrance: Barrier-free entrance via Herzog-Friedrich-Straße 3 with elevator to the city museum, as well as to the city archive on the 1st floor

Inside the building: Lift available, barrier-free toilet, barrier-free cloakrooms

In exhibitions: Laminate flooring, glass doors at the entrance to Badgasse are provided with logo and lettering, chairs are provided at the entrance to the exhibition.
