New inclusive dance theatre at Salon Stolz in Graz

The new dance theatre recently celebrated its anniversary at Salon Stolz in Graz. „"Pop-Up Garden"“ Premiere – a poetic piece for children and adults about courage, friendship and the power of new beginnings.

The story follows the young heroine Viva, who decides to transform a desolate place into a vibrant garden. Step by step, a world full of colors, sounds, and encounters emerges. The dance theatre invites the audience to move and dream alongside Viva and become part of this transformation.

Salon Stolz opened in 2023 as an accessible meeting place for all generations. Here, music is not just heard, but experienced with all the senses. The venue's inclusive concept has already been recognized with the Austrian Inclusion Prize 2024 and the DASA Award from the European Museum Academy 2025.

A central component is the interactive dance studio, where visitors can actively participate. Following the success of „"Melodia"“, The Salon Stolz, which tells the story of Robert Stolz, continues with „Pop-Up Garden“his series of participatory dance theatre continued. Like its predecessor, this project was also created in cooperation with the Compagnia TPO from Prato (Italy), which is internationally known for multisensory, interactive stage productions.
