The Voice – a performance with audio description, keyboard introduction, Austrian Sign Language (ÖGS), German Sign Language (DGS) and subtitles at Tanzquartier Wien

Choreographer Rita Mazza dissects the prevailing categories regarding our voices and examines them from the perspective of a person whose first language is Italian Sign Language. The Voice The piece explores the intimate connection between identity, sexuality, and expression, examining questions of control, solidarity, and shame.
