In addition, 10 inclusive arts initiatives from 9 countries have been nominated for this year&#039;s Zero Project Arts Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The call for nominations (#ZeroCall27) focused on the topics of independent living, political participation, and assistive technology (AT). 615 nominations from 94 countries were submitted by organizations from all sectors of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Between the end of June and mid-August, the first phase of the selection process comprised more than 400 hours of examination work by the Zero Project research team and experts from the global Zero Project network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result of this first phase of the selection process is the #ZeroCall27 shortlist, which includes 159 innovative solutions from 59 countries on six continents and from all sectors of society.
