Description

The Romans were settled in the Vienna area for around 350 years. At its peak, over 30,000 people lived here - a colorful mix of Romans, locals and immigrants from all parts of the empire. The exhibition focuses on the buildings of Vindobona and the everyday life of the soldiers and the population.
